These events have caused more than 410,000 casualties and affected 1.7 billion people globally in the last decade alone. Furthermore, humanitarian aid needs are projected to soar by 35% to $20 billion by 2030, emphasizing the critical need for coherent and effective financial strategies to address climate challenges before they become humanitarian crises.

Objectives:
