The Regional Migrant Response Plan (MRP) aims at addressing urgent humanitarian and protection needs of migrants and their host communities along the Eastern and Southern migration routes from the Horn of Africa to Yemen and Southern Africa.

Launched by 48 organizations and coordinated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the plan aims to deliver a balanced response, combining immediate life-saving assistance with long-term development actions to address migration drivers.

The Plan projects 2.2 million people in need of humanitarian assistance, with a targeted outreach of 1.4 million individuals, requiring $112.2 million across Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, the United Republic of Tanzania, and Yemen.
